The Cybersecurity Analyst - OT is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a secure Operational Technology (OT) environment. We intend to revolutionize our production systems, controls, connectivity, and data collections for our manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for working with multiple groups to identify OT utilized by Rheem for delivering production operations. The role will then leverage knowledge, experience, and best practices, will develop and implement appropriate security controls for programable logic controllers, control systems, distributed controls, and internet of things ecosystems.
This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

The role will then leverage knowledge, experience, and best practices, will develop and implement appropriate security controls for programable logic controllers, control systems, distributed controls, and internet of things ecosystems.
This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Align security and infrastructure strategies with business objectives
- Work as part of an agile team to design and build OT security tools globally across Rheem
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to optimize security across the ecosystem
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats targeting OT systems, ensuring operational safety and continuity with governance team and implement security policies and controls to track and report compliance and risk status
- Develop and maintain controls portfolio to include business drivers, support and ownership roles and responsibilities
- Develop and optimize security operational processes and practices to support security controls across ecosystems
- Provide regular data protection-related training of regulations and company procedure updates to staff
- Create technical documentation as needed
- Work closely with security team for additional security practices and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems Management, Engineering, Computer Science ore related field.
- Min 7+ years of IT technical experience in some discipline
- 3+ years of relevant OT security experience
- An innovative solution-first spirit and an ability to think creatively.
- Expert knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices in OT ecosystems
- Experience in security, data protection, and security technology in both a Cloud and on-premises environments
- Proven project planning and management experience.
- Proven security operations experience
- High technical aptitude
- Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts
- Passionate about building and owning innovative, customer facing services/products.
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or related field.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience working with OT security tools
- Familiarity with OT security frameworks (e.g., IEC-62443, NIST 800-82)
- Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts.
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of improving security operations approaches, processes, reporting
- Advanced certifications in cybersecurity and related technologies
- Certifications in ITIL and/or PMP
