Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $85K-$100K (depending on experience)
Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (see on-site requirements below).

**On-site Requirements: Hybrid & St. Inigoes, MD 2 days per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist Government Project Lead to generate project charter with the sponsor.
  • Preparation of reports to the Project Sponsor.
  • Serves as the primary conduit for the Project Lead for all communications.
  • Organizes and assists the Project Lead in determining acquisition strategy for project.
  • Develop and maintain project spend plans and forecasts.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, and project schedules.
  • Provides monthly delivery of Project Performance Report (PPR).
  • Receives and processes funding documents.
  • Creates and maintains project structures for funding in N-ERP.
  • Track and reconcile Funding within NERP.
  • Prepare project cost estimates.
  • Assist in identifying risk.
  • Develop project documentation.
  • Maintain documentation in SharePoint.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Required:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of N-ERP.
  • 3+ years of DOD experience.


Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Management or related discipline preferred.
