POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Clinical Education Manager, this specialist oversees onboarding, competency management, and scheduling for our inpatient pharmacy team. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining onboarding/training materials, conducting competency assessments, coordinating and managing staff schedules, and collaborating with leadership to ensure staff meet performance and accreditation requirements.

JOB REQUIREMNTS
EDUCATION:
Work requires at a minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and at least five years of pertinent work experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and post-graduate training, with at least three years of pertinent work experience, or a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy with one year of post-graduate training or at least three years of pertinent work experience.
Work requires licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts by the hire date.
