Purpose of the Job
The Finance Planning & Reporting Manager support i-PRO Americas through financial reporting, analysis, forecasting,
and provide analytical views and comments upon monthly account close, as needed. Responsibilities will include
preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports for the parent company, business unit leaders and department heads.
In addition, this individual will assist in the completion of finance audits through technical research, data collection and
preparation of supporting schedules disclosure.
Because of the importance of this role, the FP&R Manager should have a broad and balanced view of business practices,
sufficient knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and analytical thinking. They should also have skills in
schedule/time management, organizing data and work files, and communicating with department leaders and executives.
Key Accountabilities
Budget development and deviation analysis. Monthly and ad-hoc forecast preparation. Operating/Capital budget preparation and monitoring. Preparation and completion of reporting packages/domain reporting. Fluctuation analysis and reporting. P&L/departmental expense reviews. Account analysis. Monitor Partner Programs and Net Sales Reclasses. External audit support. Ad-hoc and periodic reporting and analysis requested by governments, sponsors/banks, parent companies, and
Americas executives. Technical accounting research.

Qualifications: Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Seven years of relevant experience in a financial or accounting role
- CPA or CMA designation a plus
- Public accounting experience a plus
- Experience with SAP, BPC, Hyperion, Cognos, Essbase or a related reporting
package preferred
Competencies, Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required
- Solid understanding of international and generally accepted accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills including SUMIF, VLOOKUP and pivot tables required
- Accuracy and attention to detail. Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skill
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision and meeting or exceeding deadlines
