Servicenow Software Architect
On-Site/Remote: Hybrid 50% (Training is 2-3 weeks and fully on-site) in Columbia, SC
Pay Rate: Market

Contract Length: 12+
Skills Required:
-Strong knowledge and experience (2+ years) managing/developing/administering a large scale ServiceNow environment
-ITSM and ITIL concepts and Framework
- CMDB
-ITAM
-SPM
-Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Job Description:
- Create, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and third-party integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and/or additional self-service features and functions.
- Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance.
- Utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation.
- Support the overall incident, problem, change management, asset management, project management, and security processes as needed.
- Onboard additional departments and expansion of IT Self-Service Portal functionality.
- Monitor the overall platform health to proactively identify possible areas of concern, establish and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Work with end users to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or related certifications
