Job Description
Job Title: Radiation Therapy Physicist
Job Specialty: Imaging - Physicist - Radiation
Job Duration: 5 months
Shift: 8-hour Day Shift (40 hours per week)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required
License: ARRT-Radiation Therapy
Certifications: BLS

Must-Have:
- Experience with Varian True Beam and Aria
- Linear Accelerator experience
- Administering radiation treatments

Job Description:
- Work in a facility equipped with two linear accelerators
- Manage a caseload of 20-45 patients per day, all adult cancer patients
- Patient ratios are 2:1
- Support from Lead Therapist, other therapists, providers, leadership, and RN staff
- Use Aria for EMR
- No requirement for floating to other units
- Participate in up to 1-week orientation based on comfort level
- No weekend shifts, on-call duties, or holiday work required
- Shift times typically 0730-1600, with potential variations based on volume
- Wear any solid color scrubs
