IT & OT Service Manager, Infrastructure, US

About The Opportunity

We are looking for an IT & OT Service Manager, Infrastructure, USA to lead service delivery for the Americas regions within the Ahlstrom IT team. This role is accountable for IT & OT Infrastructure services such as Connectivity, Compute (End Users, Datacenters), and Facility IT services, supported by IT & OT suppliers.

This is a permanent position that can be flexibly based from any of our main sites across the Wisconsin area.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the service delivery, lifecycle management and vendor management of IT and OT Infrastructure services in Americas regions.
• Maintain good relationship with factories and business units ensuring that service delivery meets the operative requirements and quality expectations.

• Manage IT security and risks associated with operating the service.
• Manage service assets, contracts and cost efficiency.
• Responsible for continuous service development and maintaining the service roadmap.
• Plan and lead service improvement projects and activities.
• Represent Americas regions in Group IT and participate services development as part of the global organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Around 10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure environments, including networks, servers, storage systems, telephony systems and datacenters.
• Good understanding of IT & Operational IT (OT) architectures and system integrations.
• Excellent skills in change and problem management
• Leadership, vendor management and project management experience in virtual team environment.
• Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• ITIL knowledge; ITIL certification is a plus.
