Job Description:
- Provide critical care to patients in accordance with treatment plans and established protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
- Document all care activities in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assess for side effects.
- Assist in emergency resuscitation efforts if required.
- Educate patients and families on care management and recovery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
