Job Description:
- Research state laws, policies and processes, in partnership with VSP legal staff, management and staff to ensure that staff and persons eligible to receive VSP services are accurately informed.
- Lead the implementation of policies, processes and computer systems.
- pply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new VSP services.
- Plan and coordinate the creation of public websites and other media, in partnership with VSP public relations staff, to inform the public about VSP services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
