Job Description:
- Complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments for adult patients.
- Participate in treatment team planning to provide holistic care.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to support patient recovery.
- Manage all aspects of discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Coordinate with local probate courts regarding involuntary hospitalization commitments.

This role does not include on-call or weekend requirements.
