Requirements
Experience: 8+ years in contract and proposal management. Expertise: Familiarity with industry regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Service Contract Act (SCA), and other relevant laws. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication, and leadership skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Bonus: Professional certifications in contract management are a plus.

What You'll Do:
Proposal Management:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and customer needs.
- Lead the development of clear, compelling technical proposals that showcase our value.
- Oversee the full proposal process, from initial requests to final submission.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals that meet client specifications.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable content such as templates, case studies, and more.
- Partner with teams to manage contract budgets and ensure alignment with price proposals.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through to execution and renewal.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work with project managers to ensure a smooth transition from contract approval to project launch.
- Keep thorough, up-to-date records of all contracts and proposals, including any amendments.
- Ensure documents are well organized and accessible for future reference.
- Maintain a database of contracts and related documents for easy access.
- Identify and mitigate any risks associated with contracts.
- Use risk management strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure contract success.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve proposal and contract processes.
- Recommend and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to gather insights and input for contracts.
- Clearly communicate proposal and contract requirements to all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and vendors.
- Use data tools to guide decisions and provide regular updates to the management team.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
