Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to oversee and manage drywall installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of drywall installation projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards throughout the project.
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager working with Metal Stud Framing & Drywall management
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and metal stud framing.
• Experience with Estimating and software platforms, such as, Bluebeam, OnScreen, QuickBid or Takeoff
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
