Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In business since 1954, Fyda Freightliner is a growing, family-owned, regional Freightliner, Western Star,

Isuzu and Ottawa truck dealer with locations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.

Fyda is looking for a full-time experienced accountant (5 years min.) to assist the CFO in accounting and

HR responsibilities for Fyda, Inc.

This position will be in our newest facility in Columbus, Ohio and is not a remote position. We offer

fitness center and incentivized fitness programs. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

A Bachelor of Business Administration with a major of accounting. A CPA and MBA a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
• Complete knowledge of in-house business systems and along with other partner systems.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
