Location: Remote - but must pick up equipment in Harrisburg, PA on first day
Experience: 6 - 7+ Years

• Microsoft Window Server - 5 Years
• Windows IIS - 5 Years
• SQL Database Server - 5 Years
• Azure DevOps Pipeline (CI/CD) - 5 Years
• Networking Troubleshooting - 3 Years
• Knowledge of ITSM (Change Management Process) - 3 Years

Desired Skills

• Azure Cloud 1 Year
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs - 1 Year
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, project, task management) - 1 Year
• Git Version Control - 1 Year

The candidate will be responsible for

• Maintain the health of web servers hosting DCED applications.
• Ensure the continued availability, functionality, improvement, and longevity of DCED's applications.
• Maintain health of existing database servers and DCED databases hosted on these servers.
• Use and enforce Microsoft best practices in maintenance and design of DBs.
• Work daily with the development team on improvements and support of DCED applications and their business user's satisfaction.
• Manage application knowledge base to ensure continuity via documentation, collaboration with the team, and sharing knowledge.
• Do planning for risk factors and disaster recovery for all servers hosting DCED applications and databases.
• Responsible for daily operational needs
• Follow, support, and implement Division's strategy and vision for DCED's IT application portfolio.
