Overview of The Role
The Configuration Management and Reporting Specialist responsible for ensuring Saputo's hardware and software assets and their configurations are known, recorded and accessible. He is accountable for maintaining the relationships between the configuration items that make up the services, the systems and the applications used by the business. This role will also be responsible for the design and implementation of reporting and KPI tracking to support Global Service Delivery. This role is responsible for contributing to continual improvement by identifying reporting requirements, gathering and analyzing data, preparing ad-hoc and regular reporting, developing recommendations and analysis based on reporting, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. They may also be required to support the wider Service Delivery teams with change, problem and incident management.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:
- Develop and promote the value of Asset & Configuration management processes, procedures and policies within the organization to ensure compliance and reduce risk to Saputo's IT environment
- Implement effective processes and controls for maintaining the configuration management system (CMDB), thereby maintaining the integrity and security of the configuration management system
- Undertake regular audits of the configuration management system and configuration item data and develop and implement processes to remediate non-compliance and ensure the database reflects the production environment
- Lead the establishment of reporting processes and definition of KPIs to optimize service, efficiency, and cost
- Conduct analysis on reporting and KPIs and drive continuous improvement of service management operations
- Develop, monitor, and track KPIs related to Global Service Delivery, and identify areas of gaps
- Train teams in the use of reporting systems and how to prepare and analyze reports
- Collaborate with the team to design reporting and track KPIs related to ITSM practices; provide recommendations based on reporting and KPIs to improve service management practices
- Collect data for reporting and auditing to collaborate with the regional teams to create reports to proactively resolve issues and to have updated data in CMDB
- Support change and problem management in implementation or any initiatives and innovations related to asset management
You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a quantitative major
- Strong quantitative analysis experience and high attention to detail; ability to analyze reports, diagnose opportunities, develop recommendations, and drive follow ups
- Knowledge of common ITSM processes, tools, and best practices (ITL Foundation or latest version)
- Experience with the BMC Discovery tool implementation and support
- Proficient knowledge and experience using BI reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau), Excel, programming, BMC Remedy and data management skills
- Work collaboratively to contribute to supporting the achievement of the organization's business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Exposure to matrix operated organization is considered a plus
