J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration. Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively.

- Manage and execute mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and venture capital financings, including drafting and negotiating relevant agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and securities law matters.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective transactional strategies.
- Conduct and oversee due diligence processes, identifying potential risks and advising clients accordingly.
- Stay current on evolving corporate laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
