Position Overview
The Superintendent II will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors and laborers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, including tracking expenses and timelines.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects worth at least $10 million.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
