- Oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of Enterprise Application Systems (EAS) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams.
- Manage financial, budgetary, and human resources within the leadership portfolio to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align enterprise technology initiatives.
- Actively participate in senior staff meetings, contributing to IT leadership and organizational strategy.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Represent IT services on cross-functional committees and strategic initiatives.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in enterprise applications and IAM by engaging with external experts and professional organizations.
- Foster collaboration with national and regional IT groups to drive knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Cultivate strategic vendor relationships to optimize enterprise application investments.
- Serve as a senior advisor on enterprise applications, offering guidance on technology planning and strategic initiatives.
