Job Title: Registered Nurse

License: Compact or GA license
Certifications: BLS

Must-Have:
- Epic experience required (current or within 6 months)
- Prior travel experience required
- If the traveler has been remote for the past 6 months, they need to have worked with Epic and Interqual in the last 6 months

Job Description:
- RN with discharge planning experience needed
- Every other weekend as needed
- Patient population: Adults and Geriatrics
- Good communication skills with providers, nursing staff, and patients/family
- Hours may exceed 8 hours a day depending on patient load
- Case Managers are typically geographically assigned with a ratio of 1:25-30
- A minimum of 1 supervisory reference is required at submittal
- Orientation: 16 non-billable hours
