Who you are:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in pharmaceutical marketing to deliver First & Only results for our clients. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the execution of high-impact DTC and HCP campaigns for leading pharmaceutical brands. Coordinating internal and external teams to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly, while adhering to client and federal regulatory guidelines to deliver exceptional results on time, within scope and budget.

Core Responsibilities:

- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical advertising campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account, medical, and regulatory teams, to ensure project alignment and smooth workflow.

- Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear and effective communication regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, inclusive of timelines, key milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.

- Organize project kickoff meetings, internal and external status meetings, and post-project reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

- Monitor project progress identifying risks and adjusting, as needed, to ensure successful and timely delivery.

- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical advertising standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Manage risk by early identification of potential issues while proactively developing solutions to mitigate them.

- Track and report on project performance, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

- College degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent).

- 3-5+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on pharmaceutical advertising and/or healthcare marketing.

- Track record of managing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels (TV, digital, print, social, CRM, etc.).

- Strong understanding of domestic and global pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, OPDP, DTC advertising rules).

- Experience working with creative, media, and regulatory teams in the development and execution of consumer-facing pharmaceutical advertising.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, Skills Workflow).

- Experience working with content management systems (e.g. Veeva Vault).

- PMP certification (preferred but not required).
