Position Description

Valiant Integrated Services has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Program Managersupporting the Defense ThreatReduction Agency's (DTRA) Advance Red Cyber program in executing Red Team Assessments. Red Teamsperform assessments from an adversarial viewpoint and use the full spectrum of identified adversarialcapabilities, limited only by restrictions mandated by the customer and legal, safety, and security constraints, totest and evaluate protection strategies and demonstrate exploitation of identified vulnerabilities. The Deputy Program Manager(DPM) will assist the Program Manager (PM) with coordinating all activities supporting the program and providing liaison with the customer. The DPM reports to the PM and may be assigned responsibility for special projects or portfolios integral to the program. The DPM will assist with administrative, personnel, fiscal, travel, logistical, training, equipment, and other duties as assigned by the PM.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Liaises between customers, external stakeholders, assessment site POCs, and DTRA's technical SMEs in order to maximize the effectiveness and safety of cyber assessments.
  • Understands customers program objectives and the technical requirements necessary to meet those objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

CLEARANCE: Top Secret (TS), TS/SCI preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience
  • PMP, or equivalent certification
  • DoD8570/DoD8140 IAM III or other Offensive Cyber Security certifications, such as OSCP, GPEN, GXPEN, CRTO.
  • Experience leading a large cyber-specific professional team.
  • Technical experience conducting red cyber operations and/or offensive cyber operations.
  • Experience managing Government contracts.
  • Top Secret Security Clearance required


Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Typical office environment, extensive domestic and international travel, extreme weather conditions. Sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
