Qualifications
Education, Licensing, & Experience:
Full or provisional license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
Certification or eligibility for certification by the Canadian College of Family Practitioners
Medical leadership in a healthcare organization.
3+ years in independent clinical practice
Knowledge & Abilities:

Communicative Excellence: Exceptional skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Conflict Resolution: Expertise in managing complex service delivery challenges.
