Why You Should Join Us

This is a manager-level position with one direct report, titled Business Development Manager covering Nationwide. You'll play a critical role in managing and expanding relationships with existing and new DME partners across the country. This individual will be responsible for developing the DME strategic business plans, executing sales initiatives, and optimizing partnerships to achieve annual financial goals driving revenue / profit growth for our BiWaze Clear and BiWaze Cough products.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new DME distributor partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to optimize partner performance, revenue generation, and customer profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, including product adoption, sales training, and new business development.
  • Coordinate in-service training and product education to ensure DME partners understand and effectively promote ABM's solutions.
  • Work closely with partners to address challenges, optimize sales strategies, and increase product utilization.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance through regular engagement, data analysis, and follow-up actions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations, particularly DME reimbursement policies.
  • Provide strategic insights to refine sales approaches and business development strategies.
  • Manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and performance tracking in NetSuite (or other CRM systems).
  • Develop reports and forecasts to guide decision-making and business development strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance sales initiatives and improve customer success experience.
  • Serve as the voice of DME partners, relaying feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while adhering to SOPs and company policies including ABMRC Code of Conduct guidelines, values, and travel / entertainment policies
  • Support and ensure compliance at all times with QARA guidelines for the United States and FDA.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development and account management within the DME space (5+ years)
  • Strong understanding of DME reimbursement regulations and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account growth plans
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) and MS Office Suite
  • Comfortable with national travel to engage with key DME partners

Perks of the Role
  • Compensation:
    • Base: $160k - $180k
    • Variable: 25%
    • Total Income: $200k - $225k
