Seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing concierge medicine practice - Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including a geriatrician, obesity medicine physician, functional medicine physician, and an APP, to provide personalized care with a focus on patient well-being and health goals. - Mon-Thurs 8 AM - 5 PM, Fri 8 AM - 12 PM, shared call - Practice with a select group of patients with access to fitness, nutrition, and wellness services - Competitive salary with quality and membership incentives - Comprehensive benefits (health, life, disability, 3 retirement plans, CME, malpractice) - Relocation stipend and paid parental leave - Eligibility for PSLF (501(c)(3) status) - Qualifications: Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
