Role and Facility Information
Carefiniti Health Corp is a multidisciplinary clinic where we offer both full-service families. Practice and walk-in services in-house and remotely.
We are looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner, who would take over pre-determined number of patients and would have room to grow their practice by taking patients from the North Shore DoFp, from VCH clinics and hospital discharge as well as other unattached patients in the community. You will be joining a dynamic team that includes GP, Pediatrician, Internal medicine, Plastic Surgeon, and NP.
We offer a bright, modern clean office environment with street level entry. Lots of free parking is available to all physicians and patients. We have fast, friendly and knowledgeable Patient Care Coordinators, which will make your work here enjoyable and efficient.
Assigned to one room
Hrs : In-house and Virtual 9-5pm M-F
