About the Food & Beverage General Manager
As the Food & Beverage General Manager at Belmont Park, you'll oversee all dining operations, leading a team to deliver top-tier guest experiences across multiple venues. From casual beachside bites to elevated dining, you'll drive operational excellence, team development, and financial performance while ensuring every meal served reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.
What You'll Do as a Food & Beverage General Manager:
Lead & Inspire a Dynamic Team - Guide managers and staff across various F&B venues, fostering a culture of teamwork, guest service, and continuous improvement.
Drive Operational Success - Oversee daily operations, monitor financial performance, manage labor costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.
Ensure Culinary & Service Excellence - Maintain high food quality, presentation, and customer service standards while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Create Engaging Dining Experiences - Work with culinary and marketing teams to develop seasonal menus, promotions, and special events that enhance the guest experience.
Develop & Train Future Leaders - Mentor and support managers, providing guidance on leadership, financial acumen, and operational strategy.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in multi-unit food & beverage management, preferably in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment.
Strong leadership & team-building skills, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue-driving strategies.
Guest-focused mindset, ensuring every visitor enjoys a top-tier dining experience.
Adaptability & problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of compliance & food safety regulations, including alcohol service policies.
Tech-savvy, with experience using POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management software.
