About The Role
This position will be based remotely reporting into Dallas, Texas and will report to the Divisional Sales Manager.
Identifying new target markets, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients with the objective of achieving sales revenue and margin according to team and individual targets.

About The Role
This position will be based remotely reporting into Dallas, Texas and will report to the Divisional Sales Manager.
Identifying new target markets, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients with the objective of achieving sales revenue and margin according to team and individual targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or other technical training
- Proven track record in capital machinery sales success
- Relevant work experience in special purpose or industrial machinery sales or a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Exposure to the food or packaging industry
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes
- Understands sales strategies to meet set targets/KPIs
- Skilled in executing a sales process that addresses objections and indifference, effectively aligning client needs with TNA solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically with good reasoning ability.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and problem-solver.
- Able to provide excellent customer experiences - building strong relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Working as part of the team
- Well Organised, and diligent
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy
- Business Acumen
- Valid driver's license and car in good working order
- Valid Passport with more than 6 months before expiry
- Prepared to travel at short notice, locally and overseas, including some weekends.
Desired Knowledge and Skills
- Ensure sound knowledge of TNA's products and services is developed and continually maintained as new product lines and product upgrades are launched
- Identify and develop business opportunities with new & current clients, in existing industries and new target markets that can be served by TNA's product lines
- Establish and sustain strong customer relationships, negotiate all sale terms, resolve issues, and provide continuous support
- Maintain accurate and complete records in the customer relationship management software
- Write and record meeting minutes and reports including action items for all customer meetings
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan to meet and exceed sales and margin targets, thereby driving TNA's growth and achieving budget goals
- Draft project proposals in accordance with internal procedures, incorporating input from both local and international subject matter experts to create project winning layouts and solution specifications
- Discuss specific client requirements with product solution specialists and design engineers to ensure the products can meet specifications
- Generate accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Work with the Engineers and Project Management Team to confirm specific client requirements and timeframes for installation.
