The Sr. Manager - Employee Relations is responsible for overseeing workplace policies and practices that align with business priorities while fostering a culture of fairness and inclusion. This role plays a key part in addressing workplace issues, collaborating with HR and leadership, and utilizing data insights to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

The Sr. Manager - Employee Relations is responsible for overseeing workplace policies and practices that align with business priorities while fostering a culture of fairness and inclusion. This role plays a key part in addressing workplace issues, collaborating with HR and leadership, and utilizing data insights to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
- Conduct impartial investigations into workplace concerns, including policy breaches, misconduct, harassment, and discrimination.
- Collaborate with HR teams, legal counsel, and leadership to ensure employee relations processes align with company policies and employment laws.
- Act as a trusted resource for HR professionals, offering guidance, training, and best practices for managing employee relations issues.
- Develop proactive strategies to address workplace trends, improve employee experiences, and enhance workplace culture.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to assess trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Lead initiatives that reinforce company values, support employee well-being, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions that streamline employee relations functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with problem-solving, process improvements, and organizational change management.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, data analytics platforms, and case management systems.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employee engagement strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
