Concierge type care model with ample support staff and multiple specialties in the facility. Stable and enthusiastic provider group, 4-day work week. 1.5 hours away from world class sports teams and cultural events. Duties:
What you'll be doing: Provides and manages direct patient care, including examinations, evaluations, assessments, referrals, diagnoses, and treatments Prescribes pharmaceuticals and other medications and / or treatment regimens as appropriate Records organized, legible entries in electronic patient health records system, according to QAI Standards and standards of care Provides clinical supervision and teamwork services Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of applicable dental staff as needed Performs patient triage and initiates patients care as appropriate for walk-ins Provides necessary information for clinical and insurance credentialing purposes Serves as Dental consultant for outside referrals Presents in-services programs in areas of dental care to staff to increase awareness of specific problems, diagnosis, and treatment Provides support as dental clinical director in his/her absence
Qualifications:
What you'll need to be successful: Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine Current WI Licensure without restrictions, DEA registration, and CPR certification Knowledge of relevant drugs and non-pharmaceutical patient care aids, the ability to prescribe dosages and instruct patients in correct usage, and knowledge of institutional regulations and guidelines for the provision of dental outpatient services Ability to observe, assesses, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress Ability to supervise and train employees, foster a cooperative work environment, and maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards Strong customer service orientation and the ability to treat patients with dignity and respect Must possess proof of applicable health department testing and vaccinations or testing/vaccination will be provided by FCP Employee Health Proficiency with the latest technology and software, including Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens FCP complies with all CDC vaccine and testing recommendations for healthcare professionals. Proof of immunizations is required and immunizations/testing provided upon hire. Preferred qualifications:
