YOUR ROLE
You as Finance Process and System Manager leads the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's financial systems.Researches financial record-keeping and reporting requirements and ensures that systems are modified to meet these requirements.

YOUR ROLE
You as Finance Process and System Manager leads the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's financial systems.Researches financial record-keeping and reporting requirements and ensures that systems are modified to meet these requirements.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will work on techniques and best practices needed for the knowledge center productivity review and analysis
- Exercise considerable judgement and decision-making skills in interpreting complex information and providing management with expert recommendations concerning viable options for operational changes
- Find ways to obtain/maintain Customer Excellence and Best in Class Service
- You will be the primary liaison with management, GPO Team including holding procedures and decisions, incorporating customer-directed changes into the plan, and obtaining final sign-off on the deliverables
- Training and Supporting staff in the use of financial systems via the Kuehne+Nagel learning platform
- Overseeing the development and implementation of new financial systems to ensure they meet the organization's needs
- High Collaboration with Financial IT and Global Process Owners (GPO) on global projects and data integrity
- Conducting regular systems and processes audits with KC teams to ensure full utilization and efficiency

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's Degree in IT & Accounting or equivalent with system Implementation skills
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance and System Implementation role
- 4+ years of experience in 3PL and freight forwarding industry is preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
- Exposure to ACON, M365 , TMS platforms
- 1+ years of experience with leading and implementing Continuous Improvement
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
