Job Information:
This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "Vitesse Systems is Proud to Offer." This position is considered exempt (paid on a salaried basis and ineligible for overtime pay).
Pay range: $100,000-$140,000 based on qualifications and experience.

What You'll Do (Essential Job Functions):
- Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience(s).
- Collaborate with the Vitesse Systems Executive Team to develop a robust Value Proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- Own the change management strategy from the legacy company brand transition to the Vitesse Systems Platform.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance our brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all Vitesse locations and marketing channels.
- Develop and deploy a brand transition strategy that increases relevance of the brand to the key stakeholders and retains legacy brand value but provides clarity and communicates consistent message of the combined business to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop updated website.
- Campaign Management:
- Develop the Vitesse Marketing Playbook - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Interface with the Business Development team to develop robust outreach campaigns focused on key targets.
- Manage all aspects of customer and industry conferences and related marketing materials, budget, and travel schedules.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Content Strategy: Develop and own content creation, including blog posts, videos, social media content, and more, to engage our target audience and drive lead generation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring (Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Broad training in marketing field acquired through graduate degree level education or work-related experience.
- Strong story telling capabilities to clearly communicate the Vision of Vitesse
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or tasks within a short timeline
- Excellent attention to detail
- Software proficiency with Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress preferred.
- Excellent time management skills.
Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in marketing, business or related field
- 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a marketing role with key vision responsibilities.
- Preferred experience in Space, Aerospace, and Defense Industries
- Demonstrated experience developing campaigns and messaging as part of a brand transition plan
- Experience developing and deploying internal and external marketing campaigns.
- Project Management: The ability to manage your task flow and complete assignments on time
- Marketing Playbook: Experience developing marketing playbooks and interfacing at all levels of an organization, shop floor to executive team. Demonstrated experience developing multiple marketing channels including extensive experience of digital marketing channels.
- Communication: Deliver written and oral communications effectively, often in a group setting
