The Position
:Type of clinic/specialty: Family Outpatient Clinic (NP or PA)
*How many hours per week: 40 hours (32 clinical hours on iste; 8 clinic admin can be completed off site), with one weeknight until 7pm
*No Call, No Weekends
*Will see all ages
*How many patients per day: average 18
*3 years of experience requested (may consider 2 years if strong Community Health experience) - No new grads
*Working with other provider and full support staff
*Clinic Hours are Mon, Tues, Friday 7:30a-4:45p and Wed, Thurs 7:30a-7p (closed Sat and Sun)
*EMR system: NextGen
Compensation and benefits
Salary range: $110K for 2+ years, $115K+ for 3 years and DOE (to be discussed directly with client and he knows providers are generally wanting more)
Incentive: $5K annual bonus potential for closing notes by the end of the month
Great benefits, including health and dental insurance and a 403(b) retirement plan
Loan repayment?: FQHC site so loan reimbursement possible (HRSA score 13)
