IntePros is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytics dashboards. This is an opportunity to shape how the team accesses, utilizes, and distributes data that informs critical business decisions. You'll work closely with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Systems Engineers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Create and optimize automated data workflows using modern data engineering tools.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Experience with Quicksight is a plus.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across all reporting systems.
• Design and implement data models that enable efficient reporting and analysis.
• Monitor pipeline performance and implement improvements for better efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document data flows, transformations, and dashboard specifications.

Top Required Skills:

Dashboard Development (3+ years): Experience with BI visualization tools such as Quicksight (preferred), Tableau, or Power BI.

SQL & Data Modeling (3+ years): Strong expertise in writing SQL queries and designing scalable data models.

Data Pipeline Development (3-6 years): Experience working with large-scale datasets and building ETL/ELT pipelines.

Cloud Platform Experience: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for data management and processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Prior experience in metric-based reporting is a plus.
