ROOFING SERVICE SALES

central Mid-Atlantic, $95k - $125k+

Job Description:

The Roofing Service Salesperson (RSS) procures commercial property clients - owners and property managers. The RSS manages the clients and develops repeat business, coordinating with field technicians' work tickets and roof surveys.

Responsibilities:

• Review the market and identify clients to solicit. Commercial property owners and managers as well as smaller general contractors.
• Provide pricing to clients for roofing repairs, maintenance, and small projects.
• Assist in dispatch of field technicians.
• Work with field technicians on their work tickets and reports to generate follow up work.
• Occasional site visits to review future work opportunities and work performed by technicians.
• Help create invoices from work tickets.
• Help create the material orders.

Work Environment:

We are currently physically work in place; no remote is available for this position.

Job Requirements include:

• Experience in commercial roofing work and/or estimating.
• Knowledge of all roofing types and comfortable with repairs, reroof & new construction.
• Ability to work on basic computer skills.
• Communication skills.
• Good work ethic.
• Sales experience, preferably in commercial roofing
• Relationships with clients in the central Mid-Atlantic region is a plus.
