Job Description
- -Client and Partner Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, consortium partners, and
- internal team members for all commercial matters.
- -Project Commercial Management: Oversee commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring
- milestones and deliverables are met.
- -Progress Reporting: Prepare and present commercial progress reports to senior management.
- -Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks promptly.
- -Time and Cost Management: Develop and manage commercial schedules and budgets.
- -Interface Management: Oversee the management of commercial interfaces between various
- disciplines and stakeholders.
- -Meeting Attendance: Attend workshops, weekly, and monthly meetings to ensure commercial
- alignment.
- -Sales Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Sales Director to align project objectives with
- business goals.
- -Commercial Invoicing and Claims: Understand payment milestones and contract terms to directly
- perform commercial invoicing and manage claims processes across multiple projects.
- -Contract Management: Review and manage the commercial parts of contracts, ensuring compliance
- and execution of contractual obligations.
- -Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
- -A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the project
- commercial sector. Familiarity of Ariba or Oracle (web based) commercial accounting platforms a plus.
- -Proven track record of successfully managing the commercial aspects of large-scale projects.
- -Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Solid understanding of risk management, time and cost management.
- -Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- -Commercial management certification is preferred.
- -Ability to communicate effectively with the headquarters in South Korea.
