Experience Required We are seeking a CC&B Analyst with 8+ years of experience to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing CC&B processes end to end including with CFS and/or IVR systems, performing functional and performance testing, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze and validate CC&B and interfacing systems including CFS and IVR, configurations, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Perform functional and performance testing of CC&B and CFS/IVR applications and system integrations.
Develop, execute, and document test cases for CC&B, ,CFS/IVR modules, ensuring thorough validation and defect tracking.
Identify and document system defects using tools like Jira and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Automate validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align CC&B solutions with business requirements and objectives.
Provide recommendations to improve CC&B workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Salary Range: - $140,000 to $160,000 a year
