The Senior Regional Director at Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is a proven leader responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational performance, client satisfaction, and strategic direction. This role is pivotal in driving process improvement, fostering change management, and inspiring a high-performing team. Reporting directly to the COO, the Senior Regional Director ensures WRMC's mission of stewardship and dedication to communities is reflected across all operations while delivering exceptional value to clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Provide direction, mentorship, and performance management to the Regional Director team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Regional Directors, utilizing these metrics for coaching and evaluations.
    • Lead recruitment, training, and onboarding of Regional Directors and Property Managers in alignment with WRMC values.
  • Operational Expertise:
    • Oversee operational, financial, and administrative performance across business unit, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Conduct property visits for key accounts, ensuring compliance with WRMC operational procedure.
    • Collaborate with the COO to drive business unit P&L, optimize value-added services, and align operational strategies.
  • Process Improvement & Change Management:
    • Spearhead initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Lead change management efforts by introducing innovative solutions through software and technology improvements.
  • Client & Community Relations:
    • Act as a senior liaison for clients and community boards, attending key meetings and providing strategic guidance to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Work closely with Property Managers and Regional Directors to address client concerns, operational challenges, and staffing needs.
    • Collaborate with Developer Services to build strategic partnerships with new and developing communities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in property management or a related industry, with a strong focus on leadership and operational oversight.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, driving process improvement, and successfully managing change in a mid-sized business environment.
  • Strong business acumen, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of operational best practices.

  • Knowledge of CAI certifications (e.g., CMCA, AMS, PCAM) is preferred but not required
