Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our Employment Law practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to employment law, including wrongful termination cases. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in representing clients in employment law cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings, providing legal advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in trial preparation.
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on wrongful termination cases preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
