- SFDC Technical Architect:
- 10+ years of total IT industry experience, with a minimum of 7 years in hands-on Salesforce.com architecting, solutioning, and development (coding) using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Experience in Data Modeling specific to Salesforce.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, with involvement in designing/architecting at least 3-4 Data Cloud projects.
- Prior experience with other technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred.
- Experience working with USA clients and coordinating Onsite-Offshore teams daily is mandatory.
- Healthcare domain experience is a significant plus.
Salesforce.com Certifications
- Must-Have:
- Developer Certification ( Platform Dev 2).
- At least 2 Architect-stream certifications.
- Nice to Have:
- Advanced Admin (ADM301).
- Consultant Certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
- Highly Desirable:
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
Technical Expertise
- Proven track record of designing and implementing data architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360).
- Related technologies like MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau.
- Salesforce architecture, including integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce data tools like Salesforce Data Loader and Einstein Analytics.
- ETL processes and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or Cast Iron.
- Expertise in data governance, data security, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Force.com Knowledge
- Architected and implemented Salesforce solutions from a development perspective, guiding programming teams in implementing Apex/Visualforce/Lightning-based solutions effectively.
- Data Cloud Skills:
- Strategy & Architecture: Design data architecture strategies for Salesforce Data Cloud, aligning with business objectives and best practices.
- Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Governance: Establish data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Data Modeling: Define data models within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business processes and reporting requirements.
- Customer 360: Lead implementations to enable a single view of customers for enhanced analytics and personalized engagement.
- Advanced Analytics & AI: Collaborate to integrate AI-driven analytics and predictive models leveraging Data Cloud insights.
Development and Coding Expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose multiple solutions to challenges.
