Key Responsibilities:
6+ years of HR experience in talent strategy, compliance, and employee relations
Strong knowledge of employment law & workforce planning
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred)
Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in office)
Preferred Qualifications:
CHRP certification
Experience in fast-growing or startup environments
Proven ability to manage HR in a scaling business

- Lead talent acquisition & onboarding to attract and retain top talent
- Build a strong workplace culture through engagement initiatives
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Act as a trusted advisor for leadership on HR policies and best practices
6+ years of HR experience in talent strategy, compliance, and employee relations
