Account Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS solutions in the mid-market segment, focusing on outbound strategies and new account acquisition. This role requires a hunter mentality, with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.

Pay 75k base 150OTE

Remote or Hybrid (1x a week in Austin)

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mid-market sector through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, including Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Utilize CRM tools like SalesForce and NetSuite to track sales activities and manage pipelines effectively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales and business processes, particularly in the healthcare or enterprise sectors.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM and EHR systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
