Description:
Overview
WOODINVILLE, WA (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - A loving family in Woodinville, WA, is seeking a FULL-TIME NANNY to care for their 4-month-old daughter. Their little one is happy, active, and highly engaged, and they are looking for a nurturing and attentive caregiver who can support her development, particularly as she navigates motor development challenges due to torticollis and hip dysplasia. Candidates with a background in the NICU, PICU, or Physical Therapy are highly encouraged to apply!
The ideal candidate will have experience in infant care, a patient and proactive approach, and a passion for hands-on, screen-free engagement. Responsibilities include feeding, naps, baby laundry, light tidying, and supporting her physical therapy exercises. The nanny should also enjoy outdoor activities and be open to occasional evening, weekend, and travel support.
This live-out schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3 pm. A mileage reimbursement is available if the nanny uses their own car for errands or transportation. The family has one dog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback, so comfort with pets is important. The family does have a private fully furnished apartment the nanny could stay in temporarily while seeking their own housing.
The family is warm, respectful, and values open communication and collaboration. They are looking for a long-term partnership with a nanny who will become an integral part of their child's early years. The role offers a competitive $40-$55/hr compensation package, including paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and negotiable health stipend and relocation assistance for the perfect candidate.
