As the Arts and Worship Director you will lead the production and worship arts teams at Willow South Barrington (SB), our broadcast campus, and serve as the weekend producer. Our production team provides technical support for all SB ministries/events including weekend and special holiday service/events, student ministries services/events, and other events/meetings. Our worship team is responsible for creating worship experiences and creative elements as part of the weekend services and other all campus services. Developing strategy, casting vision, cascading information from campus leadership and managing budget will be your key responsibilities. In this role you will also serve on the Central Arts and Worship leadership team as the Services/Broadcast Director at the central level; and work with the SB team to incorporate Central programming/production plans into SB services.
The salary range for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and skill set. Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership to the SBR Arts & Worship ministry and represent the team at the Directional Team level.
- Contribute to services and large event planning and implementation in coordination with the Central Arts and Worship Team.
- Supervisory duties including 1:1 meetings, performance reviews and other duties as defined by HR
- Serve in the Producer or Technical Director position for SBR weekend services and large events.

Education and Experience:
- Prior experience leading a team in arts production
- Prior experience leading and managing creative people well
- 5+ years of experience in the worship arts & production industry
- Prior experience working in a large multi-site church is a plus
