SR. TREASURY CASH MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Time Equities, Inc. ("TEI"), an international real estate investment and development company seeking to expand its Treasury department is seeking a detail-oriented highly attentive, Treasury/Cash Management Associate to effectively co-co-manage daily cash positioning and online banking transactions. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Co-managing daily cash position for over 300 (including some multicurrency) operating accounts: monitor current and future balance requirements; identify cash needs and determine appropriate funding response based on existing protocols and/or by correspondence with responsible management.
  • Daily review and processing of online bank transactions in strict compliance with company policy, guidelines, and reconciliation procedures, including wires, ACH, and intercompany transfers, and the proper and descriptive recording to the general ledger.
  • Monitoring cash balances for excess funds available for a potential credit line and intercompany loan repayment or distribution.
  • Coordinate and prepare for capital funding for the upcoming acquisition or other major transactions.
  • Maintaining weekly and monthly reporting to Management of cash activities for internal and externally managed accounts, highlighting sources and uses of funds, and short-term future expectations.
  • Maintaining a schedule of outside managed cash balances as compared to benchmark balances and working with managers and outside agents to ensure adherence to authorized target balances.
  • Managing the administration and setup of user permissions and new account maintenance as required by various online banking systems.
  • Initiating ACH pre-note files and maintaining and updating records.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 years of experience working treasury/cash management and accounting knowledge to record properly transactions to general ledgers
  • Monitor, forecast, and prepare for cash needs, and transactions
  • Able to run bank reports, move cash
  • Strong Excel and Word skills are a must.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing many moving parts.
  • High level of organization, efficiency, and ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced work environment.
