Responsibilities
We are looking for a Director of Clinical Research Operations to lead clinical research activities for our Community Health Partners team. In your role, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving research initiatives that align with organizational goals and mission. You will be a detail-oriented leader and proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering an innovative vision for the program. Your expertise will be key in managing clinical trial processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting our medical foundation's 1206(l) designation.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Organizational Development, or related field required
- 5 years of clinical management / operations required
Licenses and Certifications
- CCRC - Certified Clinical Research Coordinator required
