Responsibilities

1. Industry Research

- Focus on frontier technology sectors such as quantum computing, blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and space technology. Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, technical ecosystems, and market dynamics.

- Research relevant technology platforms and their applications in the industry to explore potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.

2. Financial Analysis

- Analyze financial statements of target companies, evaluating their profitability, operational efficiency, and financial health.

- Build and analyze valuation models, providing well-founded investment recommendations.

3. Portfolio Management

- Contribute to the construction, optimization, and management of investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with the fund's strategic goals.

- Continuously monitor and analyze portfolio performance, prepare periodic reports, and propose adjustments as necessary.

4. Ecosystem Analysis

- Conduct in-depth studies of ecosystems related to frontier technologies, focusing on core technologies, supply chains, key partners, and competitive landscapes.

- Develop forward-looking investment strategies based on changes in the ecosystem.

Requirements

1. Educational Background

- Degree in physics, engineering, computer science, or related fields. A master's degree or higher is preferred.

2. Work Experience

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the industry or a similar role. Experience in investment analysis, industry research, or technical management is a plus.

3. Professional Skills

- Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation models, and industry research methodologies.

- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to quickly understand complex technologies and business models.

- A strong interest in or experience with quantum computing, blockchain, AI, and space technology.

4. Personal Qualities

- Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, capable of articulating complex research findings clearly.

- Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

- Highly self-driven, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.

5. Location

- Preferred base in the San Francisco Bay Area. Must have legal work authorization.
