Fabrication Project Manager

What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role, you will utilize project management methodologies, system and tools as defined by company
- You will also understand the project schedule and work with project team to develop a fabrication plan that supports the requirements of the project
- Additionally, you will develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities
- You will prepare periodic management and/or customer reports and presentations
- Reviewing and verifying monthly project completion estimates (EAC's) is part of your role
- You will also develop new suppliers
- Further, you will facilitate and maintain project lessons learned work process
- Facilitating and leading department productivity initiatives is part of your role
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- You have a minimum of 5 years of industrial-related experience in scheduling, planning and fabrication knowledge
- PMP certification preferred for this role
- You possess a broad understanding of fabrication and fabrication qualification
- Further, you have effective leadership and facilitation skills
- Effective computer skills are crucial to this role: Microsoft Office Software, Lotus Notes, and other Company and discipline specific software applications
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company is part of your role
- You have effectiveanalytical and problem-solving skills
