As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of client initiatives by combining technical expertise with strategic vision. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee the development of cutting-edge solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite in Northern Virginia, Chicago, or New York City.

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of client initiatives by combining technical expertise with strategic vision. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee the development of cutting-edge solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute technical product strategies for client initiatives.
- Lead engineering teams focused on the development of API/orchestration solutions for Rewards products.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
- Align product development efforts with business goals and customer requirements.
- Leverage agile methodologies to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner, with the ability to lead and run Scrum teams.
- Strong technical understanding, including a background in software engineering, platform design, and/or solutions architecture, is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging effectively with internal and external teams/stakeholders.
- Experience in loyalty or rewards programs is a plus.
- Adept at working outside of matrixed environments and managing beyond the initial project scope.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to senior-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product management/ownership.
- Experience working on cloud-based platforms, ideally with a focus on AWS.
- Experience working on rewards or loyalty platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle large-scale technical challenges.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading technical projects with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions that align with business objectives.
