Job Summary

Job Description

• - Oversee the compliance framework for fund operations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and internal fund guidelines.
• - Monitor fund transactions and trading activities to ensure compliance with fund guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• - Manage daily fund operations, including transaction oversight, NAV calculations, and reporting requirements.
• - Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory authorities.
• - Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain effective compliance practices.
• - Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• - Provide strategic guidance to senior management on compliance and operational matters.

Qualifications

• - Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• - In-depth knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations.
• - Experience managing fund operations, including compliance monitoring, reporting, and oversight.
• - Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• - Proficiency in Korean (writing and speaking) is preferred
• - Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
