Schedule: Choose the shift that works best for you on a 21 day or 4 on 2 off rotation

6am to 2pm shift day shift

2pm to 10pm Evening shift

10pm to 6am NOC shift

Pay Range: LPN $40-$50 - RN $45-$55 DOE

We are looking for RNs and LPNs to join our growing team in our skilled nursing/long term care facilities! The right candidate will have previous experience as an RN or LPN and have a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include:
  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients.
  • Assess patients' condition.
  • Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician.
  • Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
  • Current Washington state license as an RN or LPN
  • Proof of current CPR certification
  • Experience in LTC/skilled nursing an advantage
  • Compassionate, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
